We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facilities running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing common elements in condominiums units and common areas, conducting preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance practices
- Electrical experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
